Fresh Workspace were commissioned to fit out Dewynters’ new offices over 3 floors within the prestigious Wellington House on Waterloo Bridge.  With a fixed practical completion date, Fresh Workspace produced a high-spec creative environment including a range of meeting rooms, client focused areas, breakout space, library, reception and tea points. The striking use of flooring gave each individual meeting spaces a unique identity.

Specification of Works

Area: 14,000  sq ft

On Site: 8 weeks

Partitioning:
Full height 12mm glass and solid partitioning with sound insulation

Electrical:
New Electrak system and CAT 6 network nodes throughout culminating in new 4 compartment floor boxes with 2 twin sockets, a TP&N distribution board

Flooring:
Interface carpet tiles and non-slip vinyl to tea point. Heavy duty anti-static tiles to comms room floor

Plumbing:
Tea point

Lighting:
Relocation of existing light fittings to suit new layout, with feature lighting, boardroom, training and breakout areas

Comms:
Provision of dedicated racks to main comms room and hubs on each floor connected with dedicated fibre backbone. Installation of 60 kva N+1 UPS system and FM200 fire suppression system

Furniture:
Seven metre contemporary boardroom table with integrated power and data

Power & Data:
CAT 6 infrastructure to include cable, modules, patch panels, CMB, matting, sleeving etc. Fibre backbone from hubs to comms room

Joinery:
Creation of raised management platforms with oak capping

M&E:
Supplementary fresh air systems and supplementary cooling for call centre, IT suite, UPS and comms room
