It has a turnover in excess of $3 billion, operates contact centres in 46 countries and employs around 138,000 people worldwide. The scale and global scope of the business means that its management team must have access to space that enhances their decision making and allows them to collaborate across national boundaries with colleagues in other geographies.
As a global business, Teleperformance needed a new central control centre to manage and communicate with its operations in both its UK and South African operations. Fresh Workspace were commissioned to create a space for the control centre and supply the technological infrastructure needed for a multi-screen solution for managers in the centre. The entire project was fulfilled from brief to handover in 10 weeks.
