It prides itself on being able to get under the skin of its customers, so when it won a major account with Hotel Collection, it knew it needed its staff to understand the way the client thought and worked. The solution was to give them the experience of being in a luxury hotel.
Creating the experience of a stay in a luxury hotel while staying on budget. That was the challenging brief Teleperformance offered to Fresh Workspace after it won a key account with a major hotel management firm. Over a period of two weeks, Fresh transformed a small part of the firm’s contact centre in Ashby de la Zouch into a workspace that evoked the surroundings of a top class hotel.
